How large are the lots?
The standard lots are 50' x 100'. Oversize interior and golf course lots are available.

Are there architectural standards for home construction?
Rigid architectural standards apply to each home, including landscape architecture.

What is included in the price of a home?
A carport, outside utility room, carpeting, draperies, central air and heat, and appliances are all included. Your home is complete and ready to move into with the exception of moveable furniture.

Which manufactured home do you offer for sale?
We offer a wide variety of homes from Florida's top manufacturers. Our selection of homes offered is based on quality, style, value, and the manufacturers' ability to stand behind his product.

Do I get a warranty with my home?
A one-year warranty is included on all homes. A five-year warranty is available on some of the models. Indianwood Golf & Country Club is extremely proud of its commitment to service. When a home arrives from the factory it is inspected by our service personnel several times during the construction process. It is our policy to complete as much of the service as is possible prior to resident occupancy.

How can I arrange a visit to Indianwood?
Our Model Center is open 7 days a week, Monday - Friday from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m., Saturday from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m., and Sunday from 12:30 p.m until 4 p.m.
