Indianwood Golf & Country Club consists of 596 manufactured homes with most homes being 2 bedroom, 2 baths (there are some 3 bedroom homes as well) and ranging in size from 1,200 to 2,000 square feet. In Indianwood you have the option to purchase a share and own your home and lot and pay a monthly maintenance fee of $300 or you can purchase just the home and rent the lot.
